Laura West

Laura West is a Chief Financial Officer with over 15 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. Laura began their career in 2006 as an Accounting Analyst at Newell Rubbermaid. Laura then progressed to Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Analysis Leader, and Financial Analyst for Marketing. In 2011, they moved to Kimberly-Clark as a Finance Manager. In 2014, they joined United Sports Brands as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2019, they joined Growth Operators as Senior Director - CFO Practice, where they focused on creating insightful financial analyses, driving budgeting and forecasting process transformation, and building relationships across all levels of an organization. In 2022, they became the Chief Financial Officer of eyebobs.

Laura West attended Miami University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
