Christopher Wilson

Christopher “Chris” Wilson now leads Energy and Utilities business development at Eyecast. He was previously a Principal IT Architect and Innovation Leader in Information Technology at NextEra Energy, Inc., a Fortune 200 company and the world’s largest utility company with a market capitalization of over $170 billion. He has more than 25 years of experience in the energy and utilities industry with Information Technology at NextEra Energy, the parent company of Florida Power and Light. During his tenure at FPL, Chris implemented several business-critical applications that produced significant operational savings, transformed the enterprise, and provided substantial value for its five million customers. He has a broad range of skills including business strategy, research and development, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, IT portfolio management, vendor management, organizational change management, systems integration, operational management, DevOps, and contact center technology consulting. Chris received a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He holds Project Management, SAFe, Enterprise Architecture, and Lean Six Sigma certifications. He also serves as a member of the Masters in Information Systems and ATOM Think Tank Advisory Boards at Florida International University.
