Greg Gerrard brings extensive experience in technical support and software deployment, currently serving as Technical Support III for Eyefinity since December 2010, where responsibilities include timely web software updates and proficiency in Windows Web Server and SQL Server configuration. Prior to this role, Greg worked with Officemate providing software support through installation and scripting for SQL databases. Additional experience includes deployment technician work at Technisource for OSF Children's Hospital, where Greg built and configured desktops and network printers, along with help desk roles supporting Blackberry devices. Earlier experience includes providing technical support at Volt for Caterpillar, enhancing operational efficiency through troubleshooting of applications and hardware. Greg holds an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Illinois Central College, complemented by a foundational education at Bloomington High School.
