Vinay Kumar is the Co-Founder and Head of Human Resources at EyeMyEye. Vinay has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in various industries including FMCG, IT, and Manufacturing. Prior to joining EyeMyEye, Vinay was the Associate Director-HRBP & TA at Coolwinks Technologies Private Limited, heading Human Resources Business, TA & Administration-Operations across India along with Global HR coordination of Coolwinks.com(Subsidiary company of Essilorluxottica). Before that, they were the Assistant Manager - Human Resources & Admin at Biotique, where they set up the complete Human Resource Department and executed all plan & activities with respect of HR & Admin for across India for the more than 300 Sales & 200 Factory employees. Vinay has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Delhi University.

Vinay Kumar's educational career includes a human resources management/personnel administration degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in HR and administration from Sikkim Manipal University, a bachelor's degree in computer science from Indira Gandhi National University, and an intermediate degree in science from Central Board of Secondary Education. Vinay also has certification in crisis/emergency/disaster management from Harvard Business School and SAP Success Factors from SAP.
