Junye Ye

Junye Ye has worked in the software engineering field since 2010. In that time, they have worked for EyeQue Corporation since 2020, Frontier Semiconductor (FSM) since 2018, Sodick America Corporation since 2016, and The University of Alabama in Huntsville since 2010. At EyeQue Corporation, they are responsible for backend server development, motion control of optical instruments, and analysis of data in a MySQL database. At Frontier Semiconductor (FSM), they are responsible for algorithm development for wafer stress measuring and motion control using a Galil motion controller. At Sodick America Corporation, they are responsible for software development of 5-axis machines, as well as velocity control and path planning. Finally, at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, their role was as a Research Assistant.

Junye Ye attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics. Junye then attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Master's degree in Physics. Finally, they attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville again from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Space Science.
