Tom Schaal

Tom Schaal has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they began their career as a Teacher for the Jet Program International. In 2005, they moved on to become a Teacher for the CCHAT Center. From 2006 to 2009, they were an Associate and Senior Associate for Triage Consulting Group. In 2009, they Co-Founded PolarSolar, a start-up company that centered around solar thermal water heating technology. From 2010 to 2020, they worked for MedeAnalytics in various roles, including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Director of Product Management, Senior Director of Product Management, and Associate Vice President of Product Management. In 2020, they moved to One Inc, where they held the roles of Head of Product Management, Senior Director of Product Management, and Vice President of Product Management. During their tenure at One Inc, they helped double the team size while correspondingly doubling product revenues. In 2021, they became a Product Consultant for Subplots LLC and, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Product for EyeRate.

Tom Schaal obtained their BA in International Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1999 and 2003. In 2018, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing. In 2013, they received a Certificate of Proficiency from Toastmasters International. In 2011, they earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Mountain Goat Software.
