Zaina Ali

Zaina Ali has a long and varied work history. Zaina began their career in 2015 as an Operator at Target, where they received inbound calls and made outbound calls to assist customers with their requests. Zaina also performed database retrieval for directory information and updated and maintained personal copy of staff directory and other resources to ensure accurate dispensing of information. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate at Macy's, where they helped customers navigate store, complete sales, and process returns. Zaina also boosted sales by building attractive displays and merchandising products. Additionally, they worked as a Direct Support Attendant at IHSS Public Authority, where they contributed to the development of long-term care plans, managed patient medications, organized schedules, and set up reminders. In 2021, they worked as an Office Intern at BA Management, where they assisted in managing flow of paperwork, answered and managed incoming calls, and performed other duties, task and special projects as assigned. Zaina also worked as an International Marketing Internship at Issawi Dental, where they engaged with potential clients, building connections, and driving relationships forward. Zaina also cultivated contacts and developed business relationships with diverse sellers for maximum sales potential. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Associate at EyeRate, a position they have held since 2022.
