Tom Goderis

Tom Goderis is the Head of Growth at EyeSee and a Non-Executive Partner at Human8. They graduated as an agricultural engineer from Hogeschool Gent in 1995 and began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked for a decade as a Principal Researcher. Tom has held various international roles at leading market research agencies, including Research Director at Synovate and Managing Director in the UK for InSites Consulting. They played a crucial role in the integration of agencies into what is now Human8 and established the foundations for ESG management within the organization.
