Brian Raduenz

Brian Raduenz is the Chief Executive Officer for AEVEX Aerospace, a San Diego-based aerospace and defense company specializing in intelligence solutions. Prior to the formation of AEVEX, he served as CEO of Merlin Global Services, a leading provider of operations, maintenance, and training support to the intelligence community, and one of four companies united to form AEVEX. During the past decade, Brian has led the company through significant organic and acquisition-based growth, while building the infrastructure for a larger platform.

Prior to joining Merlin, Brian served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as Commander, Flight Test Engineer, and Program Manager supporting a variety of manned and unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) acquisition programs. He served as Director of White House Presidential Contingency Programs under President George W. Bush.

Brian received a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a M.S. in Military Studies from Air University.

In 2018, Brian was named “Best Executive – Private Company” by the San Diego Business Journal.
