Michelle Yip

Michelle Yip has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they worked as an Officer at the Ministry of Social and Family Development in Singapore, where they played a crucial role in implementing the Social Service 2016 Info-Communications Technology Master Plan and executing change management for the adoption of the new national case management system called Social Service Net. Michelle also coordinated a press release and actively engaged with various stakeholders to address barriers to change.

In 2014, Michelle joined iFAST Corporation Ltd. as an Assistant Manager. In this role, they managed the development and final delivery of major Fintech projects, handling resource and requirement planning, communicating impact to stakeholders, and designing user experience flows.
