Helen Chen

Helen Chen is an experienced architect and designer with a focus on sustainable architecture and urban design. Currently, Helen serves as a Lab Planner & Designer at WSP and is the Owner and Designer at Studio HC, a role held since 2011. Additionally, Helen has been a Junior Architect at EYP since 2014, specializing in healthcare facility design. Early career experiences include positions as an Entry Level Architect at Heery International and Perkins+Will, as well as an Assistant General Manager at Alpha Bakery. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Architecture from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Helen's research initiatives prioritize sustainability challenges in the southeastern United States.
