Michael Kelley

Michael Kelley, MBA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, General Manager of the Adjustable Division, and a member of the Board of Directors at EZ Loader Boat Trailers, Inc. Since June 2022, Michael has brought extensive experience in operations management, previously holding the position of Director of Operations at KTEA - KLS / KDS from July 2019 to June 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at OLS from 2008 to 2019 and Production Operations Manager at Baffin - Polar Proven Footwear from 2001 to 2007. Michael Kelley holds an MBA from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification.
