Emily Hamner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2022. Emily started their career as an Event Planner & Program Manager at Pharmedia Communications, where they coordinated promotional meeting programs and managed sales territories funds. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Acquisition at Advertising.com, responsible for recruiting new personnel and managing office budget. Emily then joined AOL as a Network Launch Lead in Ad Operations, where they led online advertising campaigns and collaborated with various teams. Following that, Emily worked at Bill Me Later, Inc. as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, managing relationships with online merchants and launching promotional email campaigns. Emily then joined Time Life as an eCommerce Analyst, where they maintained the website and developed marketing techniques. Emily'snext role was as a Digital Consumer Marketing Manager at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where they drove digital subscription growth and implemented marketing strategies. Emily then moved on to K12, where they held two roles consecutively - Senior Manager, Direct to Consumer, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they led marketing strategies, drove new demand, and managed a team of marketing managers and contractors. After K12, they joined Broughton Partners as the Director of Marketing Strategy, where they developed and executed marketing strategies. Most recently, Emily worked at [solidcore] as the Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for driving growth through marketing efforts. Currently, they are working as the Head of Growth Marketing at EZCORP.

Emily Hamner attended George Mason University from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Business Administration. Emily then transferred to the University of Maryland and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Politics. In 2017, Emily obtained the IAB Digital Media Buying & Planning Certification from IAB Learning.
