Scott Durham

Scott Durham has a strong background in leadership and talent management. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent at EZCORP, where they are responsible for managing employee engagement, talent and succession, inclusion and belonging, and learning and development. Prior to this role, they were the Sr. Director of Global Learning & Development at EZCORP. Before joining EZCORP, Scott worked at Mattress Firm in various roles, including Director of Leadership Development, Regional Sales Director, and District Sales Manager. Scott also served as an Area Manager at Mattress Firm earlier in their career. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset, with a focus on developing a diverse and high-performing workforce.
