Tim Randall has a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Tim began their career in 2002 as a Specialty Sales Representative for Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, where they promoted specialty products to physicians and health care professionals in Upstate New York, Western Vermont, and Northern Pennsylvania. Tim then moved on to sanofi-aventis in 2005, where they held the roles of Medical Center Senior Sales Professional, Specialty Senior Sales Representative, and Executive Sales Professional, responsible for promoting cardiovascular products to physicians and health care professionals in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY. In 2012, they joined AstraZeneca as a Hospital Care Specialist, where they created and expanded product demand for the oral antiplatelet, Brilinta, at major hospitals and teaching institutions as well as office-based cardiologists within a defined territory. In 2019, they moved to Optum Complex Care Management as the Director of Business Development, where they developed customer pipelines by developing partnerships between skilled nursing facilities and the United HealthCare - Institutional Special Needs Program (ISNP). In 2022, they joined EZaccessMD as the National Vice President and Sales Director.

Tim Randall attended Clarkson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Tim also attended State University of New York College at Potsdam. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls from LinkedIn.
