Eric Haulotte is a professional with extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career as the President/Director of Operations at Jax-{Appreciations}, where they managed over 400 local companies and implemented employee appreciation, benefits, fundraising, and incentive programs. Eric then worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Appreciation Events, where they developed client-marketing strategies and focused on new business development.
After that, Eric joined InHouse, Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing the technology-based financial services company's Solutions and Connexions lines of business. Eric later became the Director of Business Development at the same company, responsible for nationwide appraisal management.
Eric then joined Financial Dimensions, Inc., where they worked in Business Development and Product Management, focusing on customer service and offering hands-on services as an Appraisal Management Company (AMC).
In 2014, Eric founded uConnectHome, a social media platform that aimed to connect residents in multifamily living and enhance their quality of living. Eric served as the Founder and CEO, leading the company to create a friendly and safe environment.
Most recently, Eric joined Ezassi as the VP of Innovation Management Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the innovation efforts for customers, driving growth, competitiveness, and long-term success. Eric also oversees technology scouting, actively sourcing and assessing new technology partners, startups, universities, and research labs to align with the company's technology roadmaps.
