David Sears currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Partner Operations at ezCater, starting in January 2024. Prior to this, David held several leadership roles at Shipt from August 2019 to January 2024, including Director of Experiential Operations, where significant cost savings were achieved through innovative tech partnerships, and Director of Market Operations, overseeing growth strategies in the Midwest. David's earlier experience at Target included roles such as Store Director, where operational leadership was provided for high-revenue stores, and various executive team leader positions focusing on human resources and sales operations. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, with a focus on Management and Operations.
