Henry N.

Henry N. is currently the Head of Value Creation at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where they lead efforts across private equity, growth, and venture. They previously held positions as an Investment Professional in PE Value Creation at Permira and Vector Capital, and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Henry also has experience in capital markets from Dealogic and Guggenheim Partners, as well as consulting at Navigant. In addition to their professional roles, they are actively involved as a board member and observer for multiple organizations, including ezCater and Zendesk. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
