Michael Berkowitz

Michael Berkowitz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ezCater since February 2016, Michael initially focused on backend engineering before transitioning to the SRE team and subsequently leading the Developer Experience team. Prior roles include Software Engineer at MeYou Health, where Michael contributed to a Ruby on Rails and AngularJS application and developed an iOS app, as well as positions at CarePort Health, PatientsLikeMe, and SmartLogic Solutions, where Michael specialized in Ruby on Rails development. Michael's early career includes work as a Zotero Developer at the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin and Greek from Oberlin College, earned in 2007.
