Todd H. is an executive in SaaS software with a track record of growing compliance, RegTech, and legal tech businesses. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of EZDERM, a dermatology-focused, specialty EHR software solution. They previously led MedSuite as Chief Executive Officer from 2021 to 2023, overseeing a group of health-focused SaaS companies that provide EHR and Revenue Cycle Management software and services. Earlier in their career, they held senior leadership roles at Intelligize, including Chief Revenue Officer/Vice President – Sales & Marketing from 2010 to 2014, and later served as Chief Executive Officer, guiding an exit to a large strategic acquirer in 2016 with a 5x+ ARR multiple. They also held executive sales and go-to-market roles at Thomson Reuters (Westlaw/GSI) and LexisNexis, and are pursuing a BBA in Accounting at Eastern Michigan University and a degree in Business Administration and Management at Harvard Extension School.
