Stephane Bureau

Stephane Bureau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Managing Director for EZDO in South East Asia since February 2019, focusing on the distribution of bakery, pastry, dairy, and confectionery products. Prior to this role, Bureau held several prominent positions at Délifrance Asia Pacific from 1996 to 2018, including Managing Director and General Manager, overseeing strategic business planning and B2B operations across multiple regions. Bureau's career also includes managerial roles at Generale de Restauration and AccorHotels, as well as Food and Beverage Director at Club Med, gaining valuable experience across various international markets. Bureau graduated with a Diploma in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Ecole Hoteliere Baronnat Grenoble in 1985.
