Sem At

Sem At is currently the Head of Network Solutions at Telcotech and has held the role of Manager of Network Solutions at EZECOM from 2019 to 2025. Previously, they worked as a Manager and Senior Engineer Solution at EZECOM and as an IT SD Engineer at Beeline Cambodia within the Vimpelcom Group. Sem's foundational education includes a Master of IT Engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NORTON University. With extensive experience in network engineering and solutions management, Sem has made significant contributions to the field over the past years.
