Sphoorti Kumar

Sphoorti Kumar is the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at Ezetap. Sphoorti has over eight years of experience in human resources and has held various positions in both the private and public sector.

Kumar started their career as an intern at Apollo Hospitals before being hired on as a recruitment coordinator at Zynga. Sphoorti then spent two years at Hewlett-Packard as a talent acquisition coordinator and consultant before joining ezetap mobile solutions pvt. ltd as a human resources generalist. Sphoorti was promoted to human resources business partner after a year and spent three years in that role.

In their current position, Kumar is responsible for all aspects of talent management and employee relations. Sphoorti has been instrumental in developing Ezetap's culture and values, and is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.

Sphoorti Kumar attended jss public school in bangalore for their schooling. Sphoorti then pursued a bachelor's degree in arts from chatrapati sahuji maharaj kanpur university, kanpur. After that, they completed their master's in science from the University of Mysore.

Sphoorti Kumar works with Bhaskar Chatterjee - VP, Product Management, Samir Agarwal - VP, Software Engineering, and Vineet Suneja - Chief Revenue Officer. Their manager is Byas Nambisan, CEO & Founding Member.
