Sara Siami

Sara Siami is an accomplished Managing Director and Co-Founder of The People Plugin, working since January 2023 with various scaling businesses across diverse sectors including Services, Professional, Financial, Technology/Software, and eCommerce. In addition to this role, Sara serves as Head of People and Culture at EzLicence, a global online marketplace for driving instructors, and previously held similar positions at Sweat, where Sara contributed significantly to the health and fitness sector. Sara's extensive background in human resources includes senior roles at TAFE SA, Coca-Cola Amatil, Downer, and Jobs Statewide. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology, and certifications in fitness and positive psychology. Currently, Sara is engaged in the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Foundation Directors Course.
