Yoshi Asano has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investments, with a strong track record across Core Plus, Value Add, and Opportunistic strategies. 

As the Founder and Chief of EZO Capital, LLC, he has been directly involved in over $400 million worth of Commercial RE transactions and currently oversees more than $250 million in Assets Under Management (AUM). 
Through strategic Asset Management and targeted investment approaches, he has helped hundreds of U.S. and international investors gain access to high-quality multifamily opportunities via RE Funds and other structured vehicles. 

In addition to his real estate ventures, Yoshi is also an active player in Private Equity and Venture Capital, supporting early-stage startups with the capital and guidance needed to scale and succeed.
