Kevin Cuartas has held a variety of roles since 2015. Kevin began their career as a Student Coordinator for Public Safety at Berea College in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of Assistant Manager at Vector Marketing. In 2017, they were a Student Worker to the Chair of Social Work at Liberty University Department of Social Work, as well as an Entrepreneurship Research and Development Intern and Member of Cohort 14 at Entrepreneurship for the Public Good. In 2019, they became a Client Relationship Associate at Prestige NY. In 2020, they were a Business Development Representative at Harri and at demandDrive, where they were also a Business Development Team Lead and Inside Sales District Manager. Finally, in 2021, they became the Customer Success Team Lead at Ezra and in 2022, they joined Gain Grow Retain as a Member.

Kevin Cuartas has a diverse educational background. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Liberty University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Berea College in 2017. Kevin is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in July 2022, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in February 2022, a Master in Prospecting from Winning by Design in March 2021, a Building a Modern Insider Threat Program from Cybrary in May 2020, a Green Dot Certification from Green Dot Corporation in February 2016, a Just the Facts: Malware from infosecIQ in December 2021, a Security Awareness Training from infosecIQ in November 2021, and a Just the Facts: Social Engineering from infosecIQ in July 2022.
