Matthew Weiss is a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in graphic design and advertising. As President and Creative Director at Hyland Graphic Design & Advertising since May 2012, Matthew has driven significant growth for a diverse range of clients through innovative branding, website development, and digital marketing strategies. At EZSoft, Inc., since February 2020, Matthew successfully implemented strategies that quadrupled website visits and generated substantial new business revenue. Prior positions, including Art Director and Production Manager at American Reading Company, as well as various creative roles across different companies, highlight Matthew's ability to enhance brand messaging and improve operational efficiencies. Matthew holds a BA in Graphic Design from York College of Pennsylvania.
