Amina Shah

Amina Shah has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Sales Advisor at JCPenney. In 2015, they took on the role of Social Media Coordinator at Western Washington University. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Work Opportunities Inc, and a Recruiter/Sourcer at Microsoft. During this time, they were successful in sourcing passive candidates through various avenues. In 2017, they became a Regional Recruiter at Allstate and in 2019, a Human Resource Recruiter at Hopelink. In 2021, they took on the roles of Senior Recruiter at DoorDash and Executive Recruiter at Cocolevio LLC. Most recently, they have been a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at EZ Texting since 2022.

Amina Shah attended Western Washington University from 2011 to 2016 and earned a Bachelors of Art in Communication Studies, with a minor in Anthropology.
