Azraf U.

Azraf U. started their work experience as a Bank Teller at Citi in February 2013 and worked there until October 2013. Azraf then joined Apple as an Apple Specialist in October 2013 and stayed until May 2017. In August 2014, they started working as a Software Engineering Consultant at Veysantis, where they worked until May 2018. From January 2016 to June 2019, Azraf U. served as a Lead Developer at NearbyMedic, a healthcare platform. Azraf then joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK in May 2018 as a Site Reliability Engineer and worked on various projects, including cost savings through migration to Google Cloud Platform. Starting in October 2020, Azraf U. worked as a Senior Consultant - Mid Level Site Reliability Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they upgraded self-managed Kubernetes clusters and implemented backup systems. Azraf also worked as the Associate - Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2022 to August 2022, leading multiple teams and implementing AWS Translate and Textract. From August 2022 to January 2023, Azraf U. worked at Vivun as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they integrated AWS Bot with Slack and built Lambda scripts, among other projects. Currently, they are working at EZ Texting as a Site Reliability Engineer since April 2023.

Azraf U. attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Azraf then continued their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2017 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Azraf obtained several certifications from Sumo Logic, including Sumo Pro User, Sumo Power Admin, and Sumo Power User in July 2018.
