Frank Colich

Frank Colich currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at EZ Texting since January 2024. Previously, Frank held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Karbon from September 2022 to January 2024, where the company provided a vital work management platform for the accounting sector. Prior to that, Frank was Chief Financial Officer at Rescale, a leader in intelligent computing and digital R&D, from July 2021 to September 2022. Frank’s experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Skytap, from April 2014 to January 2021, where Frank contributed to transitioning the company from SMB to Enterprise sales. Additionally, Frank was Chief Financial Officer at 3TIER from 2007 to April 2014, successfully leading the sale process to Vaisala and raising over $18 million. Frank’s career began as Operations Manager at Frontier Geosciences Inc from January 2001 to March 2007, progressing from Project Manager. Frank holds an MBA from Seattle University and a B.S. in Biology from SUNY New Paltz.
