Nieema M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they served as an Admissions Counselor/Research Assistant at the University of Houston. In 2012, they worked as a Guest Service Agent at Hilton Worldwide. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Situs in various roles, including Strategic Platforms Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President, HRBP & Global Learning and Development Manager, Global HR Project Manager & HRBP, HR Program Administrator, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2019, they moved to ForwardLine Financial as the Director of People & Culture (Head of People). Currently, they are the Senior Director of People at EZ Texting, where they also previously held the role of Director of People (Head of People) and Senior Manager, People Operations & IT.
