Nick Cooper

Nick Cooper has over 17 years of work experience in the finance sector. Nick began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at AGL. In 2007, they joined Transport for London as a Senior Finance Manager - Operations, where they achieved a reduction in operating costs and headcount. Nick then moved to a Senior Financial Assurance & Analysis Manager role, where they designed a new Target Operating Model, developed a five-year Finance strategy, and rolled out a Finance-wide skills and capability platform. In 2017, Nick joined FARFETCH as a Group Transformation Manager - Finance and Group Financial Planning Manager. In 2019, they became Group Finance Director at Mint Payments Limited, and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at ezyCollect.

Nick Cooper has a diverse educational background. Nick completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Sydney in 2004. Nick then obtained a Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2014. Nick also holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from CIMA. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Imperial College Business School in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they also attended SHORE.
