IT Director, Acquisitions & Budget at F-35 Joint Program Office

William M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. William is currently working at F-35 Joint Program Office as the IT Director, Acquisitions & Budget since July 2023. Apart from their professional engagements, William has also contributed to sports coaching at Forest Park High School, where they worked as the Cross Country and Track and Field Assistant Coach from March 2010 to February 2011. William achieved notable successes, including leading the Men's Outdoor Track Team to win the spring 2010 Cardinal District Championship and training the All-State and All-American Female 4x800 Meter Relay Team during the same period. William also led the Men's Cross Country team to win the fall 2010 Cardinal District Championship.

William M. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Graphics and Graphic Design from Mars Hill University. Prior to attending university, they obtained an Advanced IT Diploma in Computer Graphics from Forest Park High School. In addition to their formal education, William has also earned several certifications. William achieved the AO/RO - Training for Accountable Officials and Certifying Officers certification from the Defense Travel Management Office DoD in September 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the DoD Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Certification from the Defense Acquisition University in April 2021.
