Edith Castro is currently the Deputy General Manager at F1® Arcade, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as General Manager at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from 2023 to 2025 and held various managerial roles in the hospitality industry, including Restaurant Manager at Sugar Factory LLC. and Banquet Captain at Masterpiece Cuisine from 2014 to 2016. Castro also gained valuable experience as an Event Manager at DTP from 2016 to 2021 and Operations Coordinator at Planet Beach Franchising Corporation from 2009 to 2011. They are currently pursuing education at the College of Southern Nevada.
