David Hamilton has a diverse work experience that spans over 10 years. David began their career at Walmart as a Cashier Sales Associate, responsible for maintaining efficient customer service. David then worked for Canadian Tire as a Customer Care Representative, engaging with customers through various channels and performing technical maintenance tasks.

In 2015, David joined Level4 Technologies, where they started as a Tier 1 Service Technician. David later became a Project Technician, handling large-scale projects and client onboardings. In their final role at Level4, they served as the Onboarding & Documentation Manager, responsible for assessing clients' IT needs and managing the documentation system.

In 2019, David transitioned to F12.net as the Onboarding, Documentation, & Proactive Manager in Vancouver. David worked closely with clients to address their IT needs and managed the documentation system. David then became the Regional Project Manager, overseeing project management for two regions of F12's operations. Currently, they hold the role of Internal Project Manager, spearheading large-scale projects and managing a team while standardizing the documentation system.

David Hamilton attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. In November 2017, they obtained the certification for Exam 740: Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016. In February 2018, they acquired the certification for Exam 741: Networking with Windows Server 2016. Finally, in February 2019, they earned two certifications, namely Exam 742: Identity with Windows Server 2016 and MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified 2019, from Microsoft.
