Derek Perron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and customer service roles. Currently serving as Team Lead at F12.net since February 2017, Derek has previously worked as a Draft Beer Technician for Newton's Draft Beer and Bar Equipment since 2001, specializing in the installation and maintenance of draft beer systems across western Canada. Derek also has a background in sales and installation of telecommunication packages at Shaw Cable from 2005 to 2008 and served as a Recreation Technician for the City of Edmonton from 1992 to 1999, where responsibilities included planning and implementing community programs. Derek pursued further education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2016 and has attended the University of Alberta.
