Jay Patel

Jay Patel has a diverse background in IT and education. Jay currently works as an IT Project Technician at F12.net, where they manage projects from start to finish, configures hardware and software, and provides training and support to users. Prior to this, Jay worked as a Hardware Support Specialist at Fillware Technologies, where they troubleshooted and administered computer networks. Jay also has experience as an IT Technician at Canada's Wonderland, where they handled help desk calls, managed user accounts, and worked with computer hardware. Before transitioning to IT, Jay worked as an English Teacher at (EEC) Enbee Education Center Private Limited, where they helped students with difficulties in different modules of the IELTS exam.

Jay Patel attended J. H. Ambani Saraswati Vidymandir School from 2004 to 2019. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Centennial College, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
