Jerome Robert

Jerome (Jerry) Robert is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in data and AI strategy. Currently serving as the Strategic Leader, CTO, and Advisor at F2 Strategy since September 2025, Jerome leads the development of next-generation data and AI capabilities for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Prior roles include Senior Executive Director at JPMorganChase, where Jerome spearheaded enterprise data strategy and AI engineering, and Vice President at First Republic, focusing on modernizing the bank's data architecture. Jerome's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo, delivering advanced data analytics solutions, and building a data management practice at Novo Corp. Jerome holds an Executive Education degree from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Computer Applications from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli.
