Over 5,500 customers worldwide rely on F24's digital solutions, which cover business messaging, service notifications, mass alerting, incident and crisis management, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC).

Founded in Munich in 2000, the company's headquarters are still located there today. With over 20 locations in Europe, F24 serves companies in over one hundred countries worldwide.

In addition to annual audits, successful recertifications in accordance with the international ISO/IEC 27001 standards were carried out in 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
