Angela Wardman

Angela Wardman has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1995. Angela began their career as a Clinical Pharmacist/Senior Pharmacist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where they provided clinical pharmacy services to various departments and acted as a Resident Pharmacist providing an out-of-hours pharmacy service. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Pharmacist, Medicines Information at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. In 2006, they joined AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Medical/Clinical Scientist and Patient Safety Scientist. In this role, they provided scientific oversight of Phase II and III clinical studies, led the review and interpretation of clinical trial data, and performed safety surveillance activities for Oncology and Rheumatology products in Phase I-III clinical development. In 2017, they became the Director at ASW Clinical Ltd, and in 2020 they accepted a role as Senior Clinical Scientist at F2G.

Angela Wardman has a long and distinguished education history in the field of pharmacy. Angela obtained a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham between 1992 and 1995. Angela then went on to the University of Bradford, where they earned a Masters in Clinical Pharmacy between 1996 and 1999. In 2008, they completed a Postgraduate diploma in Pharmacovigilance from the University of Hertfordshire, which they completed in 2010.
