Daniela Zinzi has been working in the healthcare industry since 2014. daniela started their career at Menarini Ricerche S.p.A. as the Corporate Therapeutic Area Head Infectious Diseases - Clinical Sciences, where they were responsible for scouting/licensing activities and the development of new products from pre-clinical to market. In 2017, they joined the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) as an AMR SGG group member. The following year, they became an External Expert Evaluator at the European Commission. In 2019, they joined HealthTech180 as a Senior Advisor and in 2020, they were a Researcher Expert on COVID-19 for the Knowledge Exchange Unit at POST, UK Parliament. In 2021, they became the Executive Director, Clinical R&D at F2G, Medical Consultant at Global Antibiotic R&D Partnership (GARDP), and Deputy of the B20 Italy - Health & Life Sciences Task Force. daniela also became an Expert at Revive Advancing Antimicrobial R&D and an AMR commitee member at IFPMA.

Daniela Zinzi has a long and varied educational history. In 1985, they obtained a Diploma di Solfeggio from the Conservatorio "D. Cimarosa" Avellino. In 1989, they earned a Diploma Magistrale from the Istituto Magistrale "A. Manzoni" Caserta. From 1990 to 1996, they attended the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, earning a Dottore in Medicina in 1996. daniela also completed a specialization in Infectious Diseases at the same university. From 2001 to 2005, they completed a Fellowship at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases Lazzaro Spallanzani. In 2020, they earned a Certificate from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, in the field of COVID-19: TACKLING THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS.
