Mike Birch

Mike is one of the original members of the F2G scientific staff and has been instrumental in the development of F2G’s core MycoBank® technology. Mike has over fifteen years of research experience in commercial and academic laboratories, predominantly working on Aspergillus and pathogenic fungi. Over this period he has developed a wide network of contacts in the fungal research community. His research interests include molecular epidemiology, fungal pathogenesis and intracellular signalling.
