IT Operations and Service Desk at F2Onsite

Carol Fenison has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Carol started their career at Insight in 2007 as a Technical Support Specialist and Customer Support Representative, where they worked until 2016. Carol then joined the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2017 as a Technical Support Analyst, before transitioning to Option Care in 2018 as a Service Desk Technician for a brief period. Later in 2018, they joined Eddie Bauer as an IT Operations and Service Desk Lead and stayed there until 2021. Currently, they are working at F2Onsite in the role of IT Operations and Service Desk.

Carol Fenison attended Westwood College from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security.
