Ted Redman has a diverse work experience in the field of medicine and emergency services. Ted currently works as a Medical Director at F3EA, Inc. since 2020. Prior to that, they served in the US Army from 2015 to 2020, where they held positions such as Regiment Surgeon at 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and Emergency Medical Services and Disaster Medicine Fellow. From 2009 to 2015, Ted was a Battalion Flight Surgeon and Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine in the US Army. Ted started their career as a Medic in A 1/75 from 1991 to 1995 and later served as a Battalion Surgeon in 1st BN, 75th Ranger Regiment from 2006 to 2009.

Ted Redman pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Georgia State University from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they attended the Uniformed Services University between 1999 and 2003, where they received a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. In 2015, Ted enrolled in The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health to complete their Master's in Public Health. Ted completed their postgraduate education in 2017.
