Jean Saad

Jean Saad is the owner of F45 Training Griffintown, where they run a studio offering science-backed, functional training in a high-energy group setting. Their prior experience includes roles in marketing and sponsorship, such as Assistant Marketing Manager at Virgin Megastore MENA (2004-2007), Marketing Manager at the National Film Board of Canada (2012-2013), Sponsorship Manager at Air Canada (2013-2017), and Marketing Advisor- Recruitment at Shell (2007-2010), with additional responsibilities at Expo Media in 2018. They earned an MBA from Université de Montréal - HEC Montréal (2010-2011), a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from American University of Beirut (2001-2004), a Diploma in Audio Engineering (2000-2001), and a Science Expérimentales diploma from Collège des Frères Mont La Salle (1996-1999).
