Wade Baze

Wade Baze has over 30 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Wade is currently working as the Senior Vice President and Global Controller at F45 Training since 2023. Previously, Wade worked at Dell Technologies for over a decade, holding positions such as Vice President Internal Audit - SOX Corporate Governance, Vice President - International Accounting and Global Accounting Shared Services, and Executive Director-Americas Accounting. Before joining Dell Technologies, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Dell Financial Services. Prior to that, Wade worked as a Senior Manager at Novogradac & Company LLP and as the Chief Accounting Officer at Delphi, a real estate development and consulting firm. Wade started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young where they oversaw audits of various companies and assisted with client SEC and regulatory filings.

Wade Baze completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992. Wade also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from TSBPA in 1995. Additionally, they hold a CGMA certification.
