Søren Thorborg

Søren Thorborg is an independent leadership and process consultant at Thorborg Transformation, where they focus on enhancing leadership teams, fostering community processes, and utilizing methodologies such as Open Space and World Café. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Søren served as Head of School in Køge Kommune, overseeing 15 schools and implementing innovative strategies for inclusive education. They previously held leadership positions in various municipalities, crafted educational policies, and contributed to significant project developments across the Danish education system. Søren holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Governance from Copenhagen Business School, and has been actively engaged in consultancy since 1998, supporting organizations like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Danida. Currently, Søren also serves as Network Director for F5, facilitating networks for educational leaders.
