Anders Skovsgaard

Anders Skovsgaard is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at F5 since February 2024, following F5's acquisition of Heyhack, where Anders co-founded the company that specializes in automated web application and API penetration testing. Since April 2017, Anders has also served as an External Lecturer at AU Engineering, Aarhus University, teaching IT security topics such as cryptography and web security. Previous roles include Founder and Data Scientist at Columno, which developed next-generation database technology, and Founder and Security Consultant at 2600 Security, providing IT security consulting. Anders has contributed as a Visiting Professor at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and has been an active speaker at various conferences. Education includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Aarhus University and UCLA, and an MSc from Aalborg University.
