Bart Salaets

Bart Salaets has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as EMEA Field CTO and Head of Solution Architects at F5 since August 2011. Prior roles at F5 include Senior Director and Solution Architect for Service Providers. Bart's background includes leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent as Director of Regional PLM for the IPD Portfolio and at Redback Networks as Director of Systems Engineering for EMEA. Early in the career, Bart held various engineering and technical roles at Juniper Networks, Unisphere, and Alcatel, where expertise in broadband and systems engineering was developed. Bart holds an MBA from the University of Antwerp and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven.
