Clement Lim

Clement Lim is a seasoned compliance and legal professional with over two decades of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Compliance Manager for F5 since September 2019, Clement previously held significant roles at Syngenta from 2005 to December 2018, including Regional Head of Risk & Compliance and Lead Counsel for South East Asia, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, corporate security, and building a legal team in the ASEAN region. Prior experience also includes serving as Legal Counsel for General Electric and the Ministry of Defence in Singapore, focusing on regional legal and compliance issues, as well as managing procurement contracts. Clement began a legal career as an Associate at Allen & Gledhill, specializing in commercial litigation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore.
